Pakeeza Lawn Stitched suit D#04 is a straight salwar kameez, designed with quality Lawn/chiffon material, comes with peach/white colour theme, embroidered kameez's front, printed sleeves, dyed shalwar and chiffon dupatta.

Shipping & Deliveries
We use variety of parcel delivery companies/firms to provide reliable, as well as affordable service to our customers.
Customers must agree with the following disclosures before placing an order with us:
- Once due amount is paid in full into our account, orders are processed within 48 and 24 hours for 2-3 day and next day deliver services respectively. This is a best effort service and customers may occasionally experience small delays due to some unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers would be offered full refunds for any order that can’t be processed due to the unforeseen circumstances.
- We are extremely sensitive about the services we provide to our customers and hence we do our best. However, customers must allow 3-5 working days to receive their placed order(s) except next day deliveries.
- Orders are only processed between 0900 – 1400 hours (Monday – Saturday).
- Orders placed after specified time slot (mention above) or Sundays/Bank holidays are processed the following working day.
- Customers would be required to provide signature on receipt of the package.

Shipping cost for UK is fixed and charges are made based on the value of order being placed. Shipping charges for UK are as follows:
Next working day delivery service charges (UK only):
- £3.99 for orders up to £29.99
- £4.50 for orders between £30 - £39.99
- £5.00 for orders between £40 - £49.99
- £6.00 for orders between £50 - £98.9
- £0.00 for all orders over £99
We only provide next working day delivery service, as we don't see any value in terms of cost.
International shipping is not fixed and calculated/provided live by FedEx courier services.
Returns & Exchanges
Pakeeza-Boutique Return Policy
- We do provide "Money Back Guarantee" to our customers for the peace of mind and increase their trust in our quality of service, as long as they adhere to the following conditions.
- All returns should be made WITHIN 7 days of shipment/dispatch date. The shipment/dispatch can be confirmed on the sales invoice attached or by emailing to email@example.com
- Goods/Items/products must be returned unwashed and unworn. Washed and worn goods/Items/products would be considered as used and hence will not be accepted for refund or exchange due to hygienic reasons.
- Goods/Items/products must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the returned item if it is damaged or it is not in original condition or it is not in condition when it was posted to the customer.
- Customers are liable to and must pay for the return delivery charges, unless or otherwise product is manufactured faulty.
- Returned item(s) must be accompanied with the sales invoice issued. Customers must also clearly mention the reason for returning the purchased item(s).
- Customers must be able to produce the proof of return in the case of need arises for that.
- We are not responsible for the lost return item(s) and it is up to the customers to pursue the delivery firm and claim their damages.
- We are currently offering free delivery to UK customers for all orders over £99. This eligibility for free delivery is retested again when one or more products are returned from the corresponding order. Customers are liable to pay full delivery charges, if the respective order falls below the £99 threshold.
- Customers are liable to pay £1 admin or refund charge per transaction, if credit/debit card was used to purchase returned item(s). However, customers whom used paypal are not charged any admin or refund fee.
- Customers are liable to pay back all discounts (i.e. points, free shipping or any other type of discounts/rewards), when they return their purchases. This is also applicable to the occasional free shipping that we offer to our customers from time to time.

Return Policy Exceptions
Goods/Items/products bought from the “Bargain Zone” are the “clearance” items and being sold on the extremely reduced prices. Therefore, our returns policy does not extends/apply to these items and considered as non-returnable, unless products are manufactured faulty.
- Refunds are processed in compliance with our “Return Policy”
- Returned item(s) would be inspected for any possible damages. We will then acknowledge customers through their preferred means of communication for the received item(s).
- We are liable to full refund including delivery charges for item(s), if returned item was manufactured faulty or the item was not the one customer ordered.
- Customers must allow us 14 working days for refunds to be credited to their accounts. Refunds will only be credited to the account that was used to purchase the product(s).
Pakeeza-Boutique Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests are processed in compliance with our “Return Policy”
- Customers must communicate the exchange request clearly (i.e. colour, size etc) to us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will help us to reserve the required item, as well as avoid unnecessary cost to customers if the required item is not in stock.
- Exchange request must be made for the same product and for a different size or colour.
- Once exchange request is approved, customers would be responsible to pay the delivery charges. In other words, the exchange requests would be entertained only if customers are agreed to pay delivery charges in full.
- Customer must allow us 7 working days to process exchanges.
