Pakeeza-Boutique Return Policy

  1. We do provide "Money Back Guarantee" to our customers for the peace of mind and increase their trust in our quality of service, as long as they adhere to the following conditions.
  2. All returns should be made WITHIN 7 days of shipment/dispatch date. The shipment/dispatch can be confirmed on the sales invoice attached or by emailing to sales@pakeeza-boutique.com
  3. Goods/Items/products must be returned unwashed and unworn. Washed and worn goods/Items/products would be considered as used and hence will not be accepted for refund or exchange due to hygienic reasons.
  4. Goods/Items/products must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the returned item if it is damaged or it is not in original condition or it is not in condition when it was posted to the customer.
  5. Customers are liable to and must pay for the return delivery charges, unless or otherwise product is manufactured faulty.
  6. Returned item(s) must be accompanied with the sales invoice issued. Customers must also clearly mention the reason for returning the purchased item(s).
  7. Customers must be able to produce the proof of return in the case of need arises for that.
  8. We are not responsible for the lost return item(s) and it is up to the customers to pursue the delivery firm and claim their damages.
  9. We are currently offering free delivery to UK customers for all orders over £99. This eligibility for free delivery is retested again when one or more products are returned from the corresponding order. Customers are liable to pay full delivery charges, if the respective order falls below the £99 threshold.
  10. Customers are liable to pay £1 admin or refund charge per transaction, if credit/debit card was used to purchase returned item(s). However, customers whom used paypal are not charged any admin or refund fee.  
  11. Customers are liable to pay back all discounts (i.e. points, free shipping or any other type of discounts/rewards), when they return their purchases. This is also applicable to the occasional free shipping that we offer to our customers from time to time.

Return Policy Exceptions

Goods/Items/products bought from the “Bargain Zone” are the “clearance” items and being sold on the extremely reduced prices. Therefore, our returns policy does not extends/apply to these items and considered as non-returnable, unless products are manufactured faulty.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed in compliance with our “Return Policy”
  2. Returned item(s) would be inspected for any possible damages. We will then acknowledge customers through their preferred means of communication for the received item(s).
  3. We are liable to full refund including delivery charges for item(s), if returned item was manufactured faulty or the item was not the one customer ordered.
  4. Customers must allow us 14 working days for refunds to be credited to their accounts. Refunds will only be credited to the account that was used to purchase the product(s).

Pakeeza-Boutique Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange requests are processed in compliance with our “Return Policy”
  2. Customers must communicate the exchange request clearly (i.e. colour, size etc) to us by emailing to enquiries@pakeeza-boutique.com. It will help us to reserve the required item, as well as avoid unnecessary cost to customers if the required item is not in stock.
  3. Exchange request must be made for the same product and for a different size or colour.
  4. Once exchange request is approved, customers would be responsible to pay the delivery charges. In other words, the exchange requests would be entertained only if customers are agreed to pay delivery charges in full.
  5. Customer must allow us 7 working days to process exchanges.
